Crewdson left school at the age of 16 in order to tour with his band, supporting several seminal punk bands such The Buzzcocks, The Dead Kennedys and Bad Manners. He moved into Electronic and Experimental music when he relocated to south London while studying music at Goldsmiths College, where he was technical assistant to Matthew Herbet, also playing live with him. He has played as part of Hello Skinny, as well as featuring in the duo Crewdson and Cevanne. He also produces for experimental duo Echoclick.

He has done remixes for several artists, including Four Tet, Finn Peters, Deco Child, Breton, Snorkel, Planning To Rock, Matthew Herbertʼs ʻOne Pigʼ band, Saltwater Samurai, La Shark and Esben & The Witch. He has played at the Southbank Centre's prestigious Ether Festival, and has been featured on Fader's US website.

Crewdson often makes music with self-made instruments, found items or other unorthodox methods. He manipulates sound through his bespoke studio set up and production rig which includes a Playstation joystick and midi motorcycle handlebars. He produces and mixes all his own work.
